Looking Ahead, MEME

Looking Ahead–March

Looking Ahead – This Month’s TBR List is a new meme hosted by Tina@Reading Between the Pages showcasing the books you anticipate reading during the new month. If you have a TBR list for the month feel free to link in on her blog. You are more than welcome to use her image or one of your own. This will be a fun way to meet new bloggers, branch out to different genres, and find some new must-read books.  Can one ever have too many books on their TBR list?!

I generally do not go into a month with a list of what I am going to read unless there is a movie coming out that I need to read the book for or I am trying to complete a NetGalley book for a review.  I usually just search through my list or shelves until I find something that strikes me and feels right for the moment.  But, being as indecisive as I am, this sometimes take me a while to decide on something.

This month there is both movies and NetGalley reviews I that need to get to, so I am going to attempt to make a list of books I would like to get to and see how it goes.  I may not make it though them all, but that is okay!

Currently Reading:

32906060

I plan on starting this one today.  I have had this one for a while, but my fiancée said he was ready to watch the movie, so time to get the book out and read it first.  I had planned on reading this last year, but I had read The Lost City of the Monkey God by Richard Preston right before I got this and did not want to read two books on such similar topics back to back.

For the Rest of March:

33989585

9969571

If I Finish Those:

36566431

33574273

What do you think of my March line up?  Have you read any of them?  What do you have on your March TBR?

Happy reading!

  1. I have been holding off on Ready Player One until closer to the movie, so I am excited to dive in. I am also a big fan of historical fiction, so I am also really looking forward to I Am Anastasia. I have never read anything from Russian history before, so I’m very interested!

  2. That’s a good plan! I read Warcross recently and *needed* more sci fi that played with virtual reality, so I dove into Ready Player One pretty soon after 🙂 I Am Anastasia sounds so intriguing to me, too! (Though I’m pretty influenced by my love of the movie and musical, hah!)

  3. Oh nice! It was actually one of my favorite reads of last year, and I’m dying for the sequel to be released. The writing was just so *vivid*. I definitely recommend it!!

  4. I know that Ready Player One is already going to be one of my favourite books that I’ve read in 2018. I loved every single sentence on every single page! Hope you enjoy it! Can’t wait for A Wrinkle in Time either!

  5. Thanks for linking in! I had planned on reading A Wrinkle in Time last month, but was unable to get to it. Maybe with a little luck I can read it before seeing it in the theater. I’ve been meaning to add I Was Anastasia to my TBR so I’m quite happy to see it on your list here. Have a fantastic March!
